Go Hogs Go!

img_Nov_08_2008_53_33 We took the boys to their first Razorback game today! Ma has been wanting her boys to get to go to a game, so she treated us to four tickets to the game today in Columbia, SC. We have been anticipating this day for quite some time. Jace and Jerod are already big Hogs fans thanks to their Ma! They were all decked out in their Hog gear thanks to Ma too! You guys got so many compliments on how cute you were even if you were in Arkansas attire! It was a perfect day for football....sunny and temps in the 70's. Our seats were awesome! We sat with the Arkansas fans close to the band and cheerleaders. Jace, you were concerned about Big Red most of the game. You wanted to keep your eyes on him to make sure he wasn't coming in the stands. You both loved the game and had so much fun! Since this was your first game, we weren't sure how it would go. You both sat the entire first half and didn't ask once to leave or get up. You were both wide eyed taking everything in! You cheered for the hogs and even tried to "call the Hogs" when the crowd did! We met up with one of mommy's good friends from high school, Brandon. After half time, we went down and sat with him closer to the field. Mommy and Jerod got a picture with Big Red, but Jace, you didn't want to. I think you liked him from a distance, but had no desire to meet him up close and personal. We stayed until into the fourth quarter and decided to head out early to beat the traffic. We had a great time even though we lost. We are home now, and you guys are still running around with your pom poms saying "Go Hogs!"

What great pics!! Glad everyone had a wonderful day. Ma wishes she could have been there with you all. Maybe next year, I can plan my fall trip to SC around a game or even better you all could come to AR and we can go to Fayetteville. Ma loves and misses you all!!!!

The hog attire suits you guys well!! Love the pics. So fun....u make having two boys so close together look like fun! I'm hoping next year maybe we can get enough courage to attempt this with our three. Have a great weekend. Btw..Mr. Jace is a natural...him and Jackson would have so much playing ball together. He wants to do this all day as well.
