Watching Dad Play Tennis
The boys got to watch dad play in a tennis tournament a couple of weekends ago. They did really well and watched one whole set. Daddy and his partner won the men's 3.0 doubles!! Way to go, Daddy! We are so proud of you!!

Children's Museum of the Upstate

Our children's museum is finally open, and we couldn't be more excited! We went to check it out last week and had a blast! I must say, I was very impressed! The museum is awesome! It's three levels, so there's lots to do and see! We were there four hours, and the boys didn't want to leave. I'm so proud that Greenville has something this nice for our kids. We've visited the children's museum in Atlanta, and ours beats that one hands down. Can't wait to go back!

End of Summer Pool BBQ
Today was our neighborhood's end of summer pool bbq. The kids had a blast with their friends! They have spent a lot of time at the pool this summer. They both swim like little fish! This summer has flown by, and it's hard to believe school starts on Monday!

First Day of K4 and K3
Today was the boys' first day of school for the 2009-2010 school year! They both had a fantastic day! They walked right in like they owned the place! They were so excited to start school and see all their friends again. Jace is in the 5 day K4 class with all his friends from last year. Jerod is right across the hall from Jace in the MWF K3 class. He is with a new group of kids, so he will be meeting lots of new friends this year. No tears whatsoever were shed this morning, and I couldn't be more proud! It's so comforting knowing that they love going to school and truly enjoy the time they spend there. It just dawned on me this morning that this is Jace's fifth year at SUMC! He started when he was 16 months old! Time is flying by too fast for this mommy!
